By requesting to promote, you agree to the following terms. Failure to comply may result in commission forfeiture, disqualification from the contest, and permanent blacklisting.
No Self-Purchases: You are strictly prohibited from purchasing the product through your own affiliate link. This includes using different email addresses or IP addresses to "gaming" the 100% commission. These sales will be voided.
No "Cash Rebates" or Incentives: You may offer bonuses (PDFs, videos, training) to your buyers, but you may not offer cash rebates, "cash back," or any form of monetary kickback to people who buy through your link.
Anti-Spam Policy: You must comply with all CAN-SPAM laws. No unsolicited commercial email (spam). No posting affiliate links in public FB groups, forums, or comment sections where it is not permitted.
Contest Eligibility: To qualify for the $275 leaderboard prizes, you must meet the minimum commission threshold of $300. Any sales found to be fraudulent or "self-purchased" will be subtracted from your total.
Commission Status: * New Affiliates (<50 sales): Will be set to Delayed (30-day hold) to protect against high refund rates.
Established Affiliates: Will be set to Instant commissions upon review of stats.
FTC Disclosure: You must clearly state that you are an affiliate and may receive a commission if the user purchases through your link.
No Negative Marketing: You are not allowed to use "Scam" or "Don't Buy" style headlines in your emails or YouTube reviews to trick people into clicking your link.
